The UN World Data Forum brings together data and statistical experts and users from governments, civil society, the private sector, donor and philanthropic bodies, international and regional agencies, the geospatial community, the media, academia and professional bodies. Data experts and users gather to spur data innovation, mobilize high-level political and financial support for data, and build a pathway to better data for sustainable development.
Virtual exhibition of the partnership:
The Leave No One Behind partnership has a virtual exhibition at the UN World Data Forum under the title “Making Voices Heard and Count“, which is the main occasion for the launch of this website.
For the occasion of the Forum, the partnership presents on this new website a series of videos and blog posts highlighting the added value of community-driven data for the SDG process and for the self-empowerment of marginalised groups worldwide.
